First Steps in Home Rental

What is the first step?

We’d suggest that you start by filling out our Tenant Profile form. Filling this out will register you with us so that we can keep you updated on new listings that match your criteria — and also alerts us to begin networking with our contacts to see if we can find properties that aren’t listed yet but will soon be available that may match your needs.

Filling out a profile will also help us to identify that you are who you say you are. We won’t share any of your information with 3rd parties, but we do appreciate knowing who you are for safety and security reasons when one of team members shows you a property.

Whether you are looking for a rental house or a rent to own home (or townhome or condo) the owners we work with are flexible and can frequently adjust terms to suit your needs best.

How Quickly Can I Move In?

Our inventory of available homes changes frequently, however many rental & rent to own homes are either vacant and available now or will be within the next 30 days! Once you are approved, it is not uncommon for you to be able to move in your new home as quickly as 3-5 days.

How the process works:

Step One:
Search through our available rental houses, townhomes or condos. You’ll find that when you click on the “Property Details” most properties have the address and a map to their location. If and when you see property that you are interested contact us to schedule a showing. Feel free to drive by the property to get a feel for the neighborhood and to see the home in person before calling us.

Please respect the privacy of current tenants by not walking around the property or attempting to talk with them. We would be happy to arrange a conversation with current tenants if possible as well as a complete walk through of the property.

Step Two:
Once you’ve seen the property and are interested in signing a lease, you will need to apply by filling out our Rental Application form. You may fill out our online version or print and mail/fax the PDF version available online.

Step Three:
Once we receive your application and payment, a background check will be completed. Background checks normally take 1-3 business days however for faster service you can fax to us copies of your most resent pay stubs. Our FAX number is 763.390.5131.
