Rent a House, Rent a Townhome, Rent a Condo?

I’ve discovered over time that many people who decide to rent a home often have a knee-jerk reaction as to the type of property they will rent. In fact, the most common reaction/decision is to rent an apartment. Often times people don’t realize that you can rent a townhome, condo or even rent a house for about the same money as renting an apartment.

A very popular way to purchase homes in Minnesota these days is the “Rent to Own” option. Rent to Own offers people a way to seemingly purchase a home without bank financing and only having to put a minimal amount down. It’s a really great deal.

Welcome to our web site. We just converted our old web site to a new (and we think improved) platform based on Wordpress - the blogging software.

For some it may feel a little “different” than a traditional “search by drown-down box” web site…but the advantages to running our site on Wordpress are numerous. First and foremost we hope that by using a blogging platform we can create a more personal connection with our customers. Most properties actually have a comment field after them that will allow you to ask questions and/or make (tasteful!) comments about the properties we advertise.
