MNRentalHouses.com is a creation of Minnesota Rental Houses, a Minneapolis / St. Paul-based property management and leasing company. Our goal is to provide Twin Cities renters with timely information about how to rent property as well as to answer questions about the rental process.

We showcase our own listings on the site including rental houses, rental townhomes and rental condos located throughout the Twin Cities. Because the market has changed so dramatically in recent years, we also now feature rent to own houses, rent to own townhomes and rent to own condos.

The unique aspect of our web site is that we’ve set up our listings in “Blog Format”. That means you have the ability to view the listings and then comment and/or submit questions about the properties. Someone will answer you promptly. The blog format also allows you to search by choosing categories…just like a regular blog.

We’ve set up our property types and the cities and counties our properties are located in as categories. So, for example, if you’re looking for a rental house, you can choose the rental house category. If you are looking for a rental condo, you can choose the rental condo category. Both of these categories are sub-categories of Rental Listings so if you’re not sure what kind of rental property you want you can select Rental Listings and all Rental Houses, Rental Condos, and Rental Townhomes will be displayed. It’s very easy once you get the hang of it.

The same is true of cities and counties. We use categories to organize properties by which city they are located in. So by searching for blog posts in the Minneapolis category you’ll see a display of all of our current rental property in Minneapolis With a little practice you should find it easy to find what you’re looking for.
